ADAM4018 Analog Input Module
The ADAM4018 Analog Input Module is a high-performance device designed to provide reliable and accurate data acquisition for industrial applications. This is a 16-bit, 8-channel analogue input module that provides programmable input ranges on all channels. These modules are an extremely cost-effective solution for industrial measurement and monitoring applications. 3000 VDC optical isolation between the analogue input and the modules protects the modules and peripherals from damages caused by high input voltages.
Analog input exists when variable voltage or current values received from a sensor corresponds to a floating point decimal value. AIM serves as a high-density analogue field sensor acquisition module. It provides for 32 independent, highly reliable, and galvanically isolated inputs with built-in filtering, A/D conversion, and calibration to be used by the Logic Module.
